Delegates Meeting

SGU Chairman Tommy Tulk had organised a full and informative day for the meeting. The agenda for the day featured

• Presentations from Jane Carter of Golf Unlimited, a marketing company used extensively by England Golf and many clubs
• Thrive, don't just survive!
• Understanding Golfs "New" customers - and what they want
• and from England Golf
• EG Update and Club Support led by Regional Manager Paul Cloke and our Club Support Officer Martin Higgs
• An explanation of the project in supporting Junior Golf and our roles as a partner in the Junior Pilot programme delivered by Lee Dolby
• News of the proposed change to a world-wide golfing handicap and course rating system delivered by Gemma Hunter, EG Handicap & Course Rating Manger
