INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FORM

The Championship is open to Amateur Golfers who

• Were under the age of 18 at 00.00 hours on 1 st January 2007.
• Are eligible to play in the Boys County Championship of a South West County.
• Must be a member of an affiliated Golf Club in their County Union or must have been born in the County and be a member of an affiliated Club in another English County.
• Must not have played for a non-South West County at any time in 2006.

ENTRIES

• The Championship shall be limited to 54 competitors.
  
• Each South West County may nominate up to 7 competitors.

Entries to bring the number up to 54 will be accepted from Players in possession of a handicap of 6 or less. If the total entry exceeds 54, places will be balloted for from those with the highest handicap who have not been nominated by Counties.
