Our Two Toms are part of the England team that won the Home Internationals

Somerset's Two Toms, Plumb and Sloman, were part of a strong West County contingent that won the Home Internationals at Conwy last week. The Somerset pair were joined by Gloucestershire's Mitch Waite and Joe Long, plus Jake Burnage from Devon in the 11 man team. 

Opening with a comfortable win over Wales on Day 1, the team had to contend with a strong comeback from Scotland on Day 2. With the defending Champions Ireland also winning both their matches, Day 3 was again going to see a straight fight for the title. Ireland looked to have a slight early advantage but were pulled back to parity in the morning foursomes. The singles were also very finely balanced before Englans middle order pulled away to lay the foundations for a 8½-6½ win
