Jamie Clare selected for World Juniors team

6th January 2012

Jamie Clare from Burnham & Berrow has been selected as part of the team to represent England in the KeNako South African World Juniors Championship from 4th -8th March. The event is a 54 hole strokeplay competition and Jamie will be joined in the team by Max Orrin from Kent.

Somerset's 6 man team won the Junior Channel League finals day at Long Ashton by 3 shots from Gwent. Myles Angell (Clevedon) won the individual title with 72.
