SOMERSET GOLF UNION  PRESENTATION DINNER

Dear all

We are all aware of the risks of Covid-19 and have become use to the basic health and safety requirements that assist us daily to combat infection.

Rest assured the Somerset Golf Union and Long Sutton GC have gone beyond the current government guidelines to minimise the risk at this year’s County Dinner Presentation.

All tables will have hand sanitation facilities and guests are requested to make use of hand sanitisers upon arrival and at regular intervals throughout the evening.

There will be no requirement for guests to wear face masks when moving through the club house, but guests are most welcome to do so should they wish.

We will encourage you to avoid large gatherings at the bar and make full use of your dedicated tables throughout.

All rooms will remain ventilated.

Guests are encouraged to take a lateral flow test before attending.

Please avoid filling trophies with celebration drinks for communal consumption.

Our aim is to put on a thoroughly enjoyable evening for all and on behalf of the Somerset Golf Union we look forward to your company and continued support.
