This is a Championship for male members of an affiliated Somerset Golf Union Club of all ages and whose handicap ranges between 6 minimum and 28 maximum. The Championship takes the place of the Category Championship following the introduction of WHS. 

There will be 3 divisions 6-12, 13-20,21-28.

An individual strokeplay competition played over 18 holes. The Championship winners of each division will be determined by the best gross score returned. There will also be a best nett prize awarded in each division Ties will be decided by countback (9,6,3 etc) No player shall be eligible to win more than one prize.
