New Secretary at Somerset Golf Union

Rob Davis

Rob has now taken up the position after a long and distinguished career in the Police Force. He is no stranger to golf in Somerset and for many years was a member at Wells Golf Club. His playing credentials include being a successful period as a County player and was Captain of the Somerset team in 1997 & 1998. Tommy Tulk said " We are all absolutely delighted to be welcoming Rob back into the heart of Somerset Golf. His is a well known face throughout the county, and his experience of golfing matters backed up by the highest professional standards made him an outstanding candidate for the role."
