SGU AGM

With the launch of WHS and many clubs needing updates and reviews of slope ratings it is felt best that those on the
SGU executive, who have been dealing and working tirelessly through the teething problems should continue in
office for a further year. Continuity going forward will be an advantage to all concerned.
To that end we recommend to the membership that all officers should remain in place for a further year to enhance
proceedings.
Two officers have given notice that they intend to stand down, our President Geoff Ogden and the County Captain
Jamie Ward. Both have been great servants of the union over many years and we are indebted to the time and
commitment they have both given to Somerset Golf.
