SGU Seniors County Stableford Rules

The Championship shall be Stableford (95%) over 18 holes and be played in accordance with the R&A Rules of Golf.. The winner shall be the player who returns the highest points score over 18 holes.. There is a subsidiary competition for club teams of 4 and clubs may enter more than one team. Age group prizes will also be awarded. Maximum handicap index of 28 or below which is valid at the date of the competition under the rules of the CONGU Unified Handicapping. The current general conditions relating to all Somerset Golf Union Championships will apply to this competition. Players may withdraw from the competition before the closing date. After the closing date entry fees will not be refunded. Minimum age 55 on the day of the championship.
