The Annual Assessment day

The annual assessment day for U14s, U14s development and U12’s (Futures) was held at Mendip Spring on Sunday 20th October. Ian Vibert organised and was grateful for assistance from Chris Coles (Futures coach) The Chairman , Junior Organiser, Richard Dix and Eric Porter.  In the morning 21 prospective U14 squad members were reviewed on the range, the putting green and short game areas. In the afternoon a further 22 boys were put through the same exercises with a view to filling places in the U14s development and U12 squads.  The boys exhibited some good techniques and did well. Both sessions concluded with a fun putting competition and the winners received a sleeve of county balls.
